Petroselinum crispum 'Neapolitanum'
Leaves may be used fresh or stored to retain flavour and nutrients. Use as an ingredient in bouquet garni, salads, sauces, pasta, stuffings or as a garnish.
Harvest immediately as needed
Water and apply a general purpose fertiliser regularly at recommended rates. Cut plant back by a third before replanting in a rich, well-drained soil, or in a 30-40cm pot containing a quality potting mix.
Parsley Italian has a stronger flavour than Parsley Curly. This hardy, biennial plant is a good source of Vitamin C and is suitable for sunny and semi-shaded garden positions.
